Advertising space on a photograph. Ten toenails, ten slots. You buy the right to put a mark on one nail, plus a name, a link and one line of text on the lot card beside the photo, for the current polish cycle. The mark is an image you supply: a logo you upload, or the icon we take from the site you linked.
You are not buying a permanent placement, and you are not buying any right over the photograph itself.
Until the repaint, which happens on the first Monday of every month. Then the nail is free again at its base price of one dollar. The countdown on the page is the authoritative deadline, and it is shown before you pay.
A free nail costs its base price of one dollar. A taken nail costs more than its current holder paid: at least one dollar more, and the exact minimum is shown on the page before you pay. Whoever pays most holds the nail. Pay more than the minimum and you are harder to push off. If someone outbids you, you lose the nail and the money is not returned. You had the space for the time you had it. We will email you when it happens.
If two payments arrive for the same amount, the earlier one holds the nail.
Every claim carries an image: you upload a logo, or we take the icon from the site you linked. Either way you are telling us two things, and by continuing you confirm both:
Images are stored at their original size, capped at 256 KB, and served from this domain. PNG, JPEG, WebP and GIF only. The rules below apply to logos exactly as they apply to text.
We remove marks that break these rules, without a refund, and we do not have to explain the decision in advance. We may also refuse a mark before it goes up.
We do not endorse anything a nail links to. Links are marked nofollow. Click through at your own risk.
Dodo Payments is the merchant of record: they are the legal seller, they collect and remit VAT and sales tax, and they handle chargebacks. Your receipt and your card statement will show them, not us.
Prices are shown exclusive of tax. What you pay at checkout may be higher depending on where you are. Your position is set by the amount you chose, not by the tax-inclusive total, so two people who pick the same amount rank the same wherever they live.
Base prices, the outbid step and the repaint schedule can change. Changes apply to future purchases and to future cycles, never retroactively to a nail you already hold.
We do not promise traffic, clicks, impressions or results. We do not promise the site stays online forever. If the site shuts down mid-cycle, we refund the unused part of any placement then running.
